When you click on the "Select region" icon , located in the Actions toolset, the "Layer regions" window opens. Here, you can form up to 8 arbitrary regions for each layer. The "Colouration" and "Appearance" toolsets can then be used to work with each region individually. Select one of the regions and then click on the "Edit region" icon - the "Modifying layer region" window opens. To save a region as a template click on the "Save region" icon .
